In compliance with Google Play’s 2026 Data Safety requirements, this page is the official web-based mechanism for submitting permanent account and data deletion requests for all Neo Cybertech Solutions mobile applications.
Upon receipt of your verified request, we will permanently delete your account profile, usage history, preferences, and all personally identifiable information within 30 calendar days. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be attributed to you may be retained.
📝 Data We Hold and Will Delete
Depending on the application, this includes: account credentials (email, username, password hash), profile information (name, profile photo), usage history and saved content (bookmarks, favourites, settings), device tokens used for push notifications, and any in-app purchase history or transaction references. Financial records required by law are retained as per legal obligations only.

What Happens Next
Our deletion process is transparent and timely.
Your deletion request is logged in our secure system immediately upon submission. You receive a unique Request ID for tracking.
We may send a verification email to the registered address to confirm the request came from the account owner.
All personal data linked to your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within 30 calendar days.
We send a final confirmation email to notify you that deletion is complete. Your Request ID can be used to follow up if needed.
